Old Royal Palace

Skoda hosted a trip today to Mlada Boleslav, the town where the company has its headquarters, about 30 miles from Prague. We spent the afternoon touring the factory where several Skoda cars are produced, including the Fabia and Octavia. We also visited the company museum to see some of the cars from over a century of Skoda history.

This evening we were taken on a tour of Prague in vintage Skodas. The highlight was a visit to the Old Royal Palace, high on a hill overlooking the city. I love this interesting lighting effect outside the palace gates.
