Scottish wild cat?

Taz enjoying an afternoon snooze. Well, in this weather there isn't much else to do except sleep.
He was greatly admired by my Welsh cousins. They had never seen a cat so big.

"It's the Scottish wild cat in him" I say with a touch of pride.
Well, I am not certain but I have seen the Scottish wild cat in captivity and he looks awfully like Taz except for the white markings.

My one cousin doesn't like cats and yes Taz made straight for her. ( Have you noticed how cats unerringly go for the person who dislikes them?) .
She attempted to befriend him with a gentle stroke. He rewarded her with a quick swipe of his paw.Oh dear!...
