Dogs by the fire!

This is a familiar sight...both dogs laying beside the wood stove! 

It's been a rich and interesting day!   Spent most of it in the mudroom, altho right now i'm up to my eye balls in glazes, a very messy process!   i leave the studio in such a mess....but well satisfied, cos i have enough pots glazed to probably fill 1 1/2 kilns....which means i can rest a little easy for the next few days and altho i still have more to glaze tomorrow, it all feels doable!

Then into town for a few chores and a blissful massage!!!  Home to find a couple of folks Terry has gotten to know because of buying his electric bike!   The chap owns the cycle shop in Halifax, and because Terry has been have some rather big issues with the new equipment (not cheap either) he drove up to basically do a house call!  how cool is that.  So we invited them to stay for dinner!   Lovely folks and very interesting chatter around the dinner table.

now i'm done....and off to watch some netflix!
