Easy Riders

To give us a little more freedom, particularly for L, who has needed the car more often, I finally indulged in a new mode of transport.  I have wanted to get a scooter for a while, particularly as it fits the Buon Giorno Italian style, but also as a cheap alternative to automobile travel with a high proportion of 'good weather days' here in Texas.  L has jumped on with enthusiasm, sporting leather pants most of the time when it is not so warm as today, and we now regularly take a pleasant jaunt on our day off somewhere where we can walk and enjoy the temperate climate of November in Texas.  Here we are ready for the off after a little BG refreshment.
