Phew....

I came back from Chester via Crewe up the West Coast Mainline on Wednesday evening. A day later and I'd still be there - the gods of holiday are obviously looking after me. Add to that I'm on holiday in a canal boat tomorrow - bring on the floods I'll ride them out in style - and you know I'm right. Can't believe the chaotic scenes at Waverley on my way home. Really does bring out the worse in people - that said I'm on my train going home and they're not.
