Riding on a Xmas Tree.

The CO sent me on a mission to get a Christmas Tree, with clear instructions for a 4 ft one. She `suggested` I pay £15 for one at the supermarket. Anyway found it, but a lady pointed out to me similar ones were a fiver cheaper at B and M. So put it back and walked there . Found a six ft one for £9-99.
Saving a fiver, walked the long way home via the bookies (with tree under arm), and put the money on Somerset Lias in the 12-50 at Wincanton.
 Fingers crossed, could be a takeaway tonight. Oh , and sawed of the extra two ft of tree, keep the CO happy .
