Morning walk
Driven crazy by the enforced restraints of the current building work, I chose to walk a couple of miles up the road this morning after breakfast in Innellan. For all but the last ten minutes, it was lovely - not least because this is a road I rarely walk as we're usually driving further down it. So I was able to enjoy looking at the shore, the bits of beach no-one seems to visit - and to catch the heron on a rock in the near-central foreground.
Shortly after I took this, the heron took off, and was immediately buzzed by an aggressive seagull. I managed to catch them both as they passed me - and that is my extra photo for today.
