Opportunities...

you've got to grab them!

So, when I woke up this morning and saw it wasn't raining/blowing a gale, I put on those new running shoes I blipped yesterday and went for a quick 5k (well quick for me).

10 minutes after I got home it started raining and hasn't stopped since!

The new shoes are great but feel a bit "new" and heavy compared to my old ones, however I'm looking forward to running them in.

Have included the extra just to prove I had them on. The socks/shoe clash is eye-hurting!! ;-)
