Bright moments

There was a bright half hour during a dark wet day and I chose this time to deliver a card to a sick friend and find my blip. The view from the Polesden Lacey road gave a view north towards London and wheres the sky was bright with us, it looked very threatening over the capital.

I have had a day at the computer, updating the WI website and writing the press report on last night's meeting. Tonight I am helping at the start of yet another new Surrey WI..I have officially retired from doing this but I have been hauled off the shelf and dusted down for this occasion. I don't mind, starting  a new WI is a great thing to do. They have so much enthusiasm.
