A different view

This morning I just had time to take Prince for a wander before a short shift at work. He's feeling a bit lethargic at the moment with the recent bad weather and poor ground. I led him out afterwards for a graze of the lush verges and planned to get him some hard feed this afternoon to bulk him out a bit.

Work zoomed by quickly and I shot home to collect up the dogs for a later than usual walkies. I Took them on a different walk with a new view of Hoy and we saw the sun set for the first time in a while. Although I'm not sure the dogs noticed any of this as they ragged each other at high speed through the heather!

Stopping by Prince on the way home to give him a feed, he thanked me by snorting in my face with his feed covered lips. I felt like someone had pebble dashed me with porridge. I think he did it with love though.
