Dairy Free Baking

A slow start again today and I was feeling a bit fed up with not being able to eat nice things so Joe and I did some Dairy free baking. My friend Liz had sent me a Dairy Free cookbook yesterday through the post so a Lazy Sunday was a good opportunity to try it out. Joe was really keen and actually he took the lead as I ended up feeding Alf. In the afternoon we went to the in-laws for dinner which was lovely, food always tastes better when you don't have to cook it yourself.
