Maggia Delta

Spent the day on lake level. It took until midday before the sun burnt away the grey cover. Walked from Tenero along the shore to Locarno (lunch break), up the Maggia river half way to Ponte Brolla and back to Ascona. The bed of the river Maggia is almost dry. Love the stones which "travelled" far to get into that shape :)

Also checked out the Locarno lido, the Ascona golf course and some other nice hotels on our way #nexttime.

Coffee and cake at sunset on the terrace overlooking the lake. It was probably the last sunny day for a while. Weather is supposed to change soon.
