Glistening Berries

A very wet day today. I haven't been swimming lately as my back was playing up. The osteopath says it's my thigh muscles that have seized up twisting my pelvis and putting pressure on my back. It's a lot better from treatment and I had another appointment this morning. I have to go back next week and still no swimming.

Strangest thing is that when I told him about my surprise request to be a witness to a wedding and I revealed the name of the groom he said he knew him. They were in the same class at school. I showed him my pictures and he confirmed it really was him. We were both very surprised!!!!! How small the world is!!! Of all the people in London to know.
