took beth and her boyfriend to see noel fielding tonight - beth was a teenage nightmare but noel was great. I think that's the end of me accompanying beth to stuff like this until she's out the other side...she can book, pay for, travel to and from them herself for a while. and I can go places with folk who don't think I'm tiresome.
