Cambo

I started my day with a meeting with my dissertation supervisor Jane. We went out for coffee and had a great chat about work and how I was doing and it was really nice to see her again! I then headed to cambo with canoe club, which is an area of forest that we visit twice a year and help to maintain (pull out invasive species, plant trees etc.) We managed to chop down two massive bushes, as well as clearing a big area of smaller plants, and putting up bird and bat boxes. I was quite tired by the end of it!

Then it was back home for a quick shower and change before heading out to the glasshouse for a birthday meal with Sam. The food was absolutely lovely, and so was the conversation. We all stayed out and went drinking afterwards and it was a really lovely night. Happy birthday Sam!
