Big bird!

Apologies to anybody that also follows Jeff's pictures, as I have just put up pretty much the same blip.  Jeff's is better though.

Wildlife photographer I am not but when this hawk came and sat in our garden to eat a mouse I had to take some pictures!  A few minutes before I took this I noticed about a hundred starlings fly past my bedroom window to land on the roof and I'm thinking that's when hawkeye here arrived in the garden.

I admit it's not a quality picture, despite running for my big camera, but I've never had a hawk in my garden before and a picture had to be taken so this was taken through the kitchen doors (which probably need a clean)
