Waggybaby

Not a noodle bar, but one of a family of pied wagtail fledglings spotted down the valley today. It felt a bit more like summer today, despite a gusty breeze. I even saw a couple of butterflies: red admiral and small tortoiseshell. Fungi are starting to appear. I saw chicken of the woods and my first dog's vomit slime mould of the year. The river itself was very swollen from the recent heavy rain.
