A turn of life events means I now have to get the bus to work some mornings. Getting up at 05:30 is not what I call fun, that's for sure! It's dark when I leave, dark when I come home.

I do wonder about the state of modern society when we are forced to live such unnatural lives. I am contemplating investing in a daylight lamp as I have read that it would help with my Seasonal Affective Disorder. It's coming to something when you have to purchase gadgets just to be able to function properly.
