Hills of Yangshuo

Today we hired out bicycles and cycled to some mud caves just outside Yangshuo. After changing into our swimming costumes, we jumped into a tiny boat, entered the dark caves and were led on a tour through the stunning caves. We saw some bats and lots of weirdly named rock foundations (the light of heaven and titanic were my favourite). Then we reached the mud pools, had a mud fight and generally squirmed about for a while before cleaning ourselves and relaxing in the natural hot spring pools. They were lovely.

After that, we had a quick swim and then headed over to tackle moon hill. On the way home, we were caught in torrential downpour and got completely soaked. Another great day though.
