Preparing for the Cold Snap

When the weather turns cold, it is essential that you have essential things in. The above is one such. It is Tyrolean Jagatee. It's basically a rum herb and tea infusion that really packs a punch and clears the tubes out at the same time. I realise there seems to be a bit of an alcohol thing developing in this journal.... but..well this one is largely medicinal
