A Tiny Campanula Braving The November Cold..

I am surprised to see so many flowers still out at the moment, loved this tiny Campanula braving the November cold.

A rather nice day off today with a morning at the yard and good schooling session on Johnny today. It makes a nice change from earlier in the week when he was being a bit of a tinker. Riding him on the freshly rollered, so completely flat with not even a footprint, indoor sand school surface..Johnny decided that it must be extremely dangerous quick sand and the riding over any lines created by the edge of the roller would obviously result in us being transported to a new world full of horse eating monsters as he wouldn't go forward, when he did, he would suddenly stop dead and spin in the other direction or go backwards..I was nearly out the side door more than once.....daft animal he is sometimes..I guess that's why horses don't rule the world!
