Fun with stickers

It was Girls Day at Maggie's, with Sandy, Dianne and a deck of Canasta cards for the big girls, while the little girls enjoyed building Mr. Potatoe's family and playing with their new sticker books. There was quite a spread of food to nibble on all afternoon (and the next day) as well as cupcakes to celebrate the two November birthdays in the group - Dianne's and mine.

Dianne and I have known each other for the better part of four decades, having gone to school together in Saskatchewan, where we both grew up. Although at that time I was envious of her earlier birthday and all the advantages that came with being 12 days older, now I am now quite happy to be the younger. :)  Happy Birthday, Dianna!
