Winter Blossom

Flower Friday 20:  Cherry Blossom

The mild autumn seems to have confused our little cherry tree which is covered in blossom.  The tree is in for an unpleasant surprise I am afraid, as we now seem to be about to get some more seasonally cold weather - wintry showers over higher ground if the forecast is to be believed.

Cathy and I spent a very pleasant early evening watching Alan Yentob's really rather excellent David Gilmour documentary on catch up television.  His new solo album is on my Christmas and birthday wish list - hopefully someone will get it me!
