Two Chairmen

The Construction Industry Council hosted a reception marking the end of Peter Hansford's term of office as the Government's Chief Construction Adviser. I only stayed for a short while, en route to the International Building Press journalism awards - a pleasant night-time walk across St James's and Green Parks.
