Mums

We have had a wonderfully long warm fall, but the days are now quite noticeably short and the air is nippy, especially in the morning. But for this one cheery mum, all of the plants in the garden have gone dormant, saving their energy for spring.

This weekend we will be busy doing the last preparations in the garden to ready it for winter.
