Salt works - from the air

Today we attended my husband's Christmas work party; with a difference. As part of an 'amazing race' style day, we were lucky to take a flight over south Marlborough in a very small plane, very low, with some awesome views. I'll admit, I did feel a little air sick at certain points but it was fun!

Still working through my shots, but this is taken over the Salt Works on the coast; the only natural salt works in New Zealand. At this time of year the pools are a beautiful pinky red, a stark contrast the yellowing grasslands and green vines. I'll upload some extras once I've finished processing!
