Ever since Father's Day, I've been wishing I could have a portrait of me drawn and painted by Alex to match the one he made of Isaac (Dad).  I thought, for sure, I'd have to wait until May (Mother's Day) for this gift.  Today, Alex told me he wanted to paint my portrait.  Of course I jumped all over that and gave him the supplies to go to work.  I absolutely LOVE what he produced.  Check out my Flicker to see the finished product (don't mind the 29 other images).  I plan on framing it and hanging both mine and Isaac's where our wedding photo currently hangs.  Way more appropriate for us!
