Lovely day out

This is my lovely friend who I met through Slimming World. We went out for the day. First stop Bampton garden centre. We had a lovely coffee here, and were very well behaved and ignored the cakes (they looked and smelt amazing - in fact I think they may have been baking more cakes at the time as well).
We then went on to Aston potteries. What a lovely place. I managed to buy a few Christmas presents. We had lunch here at the cafe, and both picked very healthy options.
I lost 2lb later that day on weigh in at Slimming world. A good day.
