It is Friday!

Another excellent night at Burgundy's and great to see Ed Kainyek back with sax, Vinnie Parker on keyboard, Roy Cansdale on double bass and Ted Richards on drums. When sketching Vinny, I can see Leucian Freud in my minds eye, but I try and focus on Vinny!

Maybe I should explain why Roy is caught up with the lady in the pink dress! It's because I won the last prize in the raffle - a vinyl by Chaka Khan - and this was her on the record sleeve and the she somehow got into the sketch. It was that kind of night.
