My favourite Cygnet

This cygnet was either born with a deformity of its upper mandible or recieved a severe trauma when it was very young. I first spotted it not long after the brood hatched and really did not expect it to live as it was having difficulty eating. Over the months it has thrived and now seems little bothered by the deformity. It eats and preens just like all the other cygnets.
