Four go Mad at the Marina

What originally was going to be 12 of us having a 'blip brunch' in Burgess Hill, ended up being 4 of us having lunch at Brighton marina.  Charlotte and I have been trying to meet up for over a year, and we managed it with days to spare before her and Chris jet off to Australia for their great adventure.

It was lovely to finally meet them both, and we spent a couple of hours chatting over lunch, and then braved the cold weather to have a walk, but the wind was bitter cold so we gave up.  Chris & Alan had taken photos of us both, but Charlotte said it would be nice to get a picture of the four of us, so we gathered for a quick selfie which is actually a nice photo, hence my blip today.

In other news, we actually had snow this morning!  It didn't stick but it's very cold and set to be in minus figures tomorrow!   And I had a coffee date this morning with two ladies who run the local Breast Cancer support group.  They were really nice and are bringing some of the other ladies to our Fund raising night on Tuesday.
