Water Feature or Not

Today I took a walk into town in search of a blip. I decided to take a walk around the Brayford pool area as the sun was shining . I noticed how the sun was making this disused water feature was looking nice in the sunshine. When it was installed water use to run down from cup to cup creating a waterfall and it use to take 1 hour to fill them all then it would chime and empty them all and start again.It cost thousands to be made and installed. It has been left and the shame is it no longer works.

In other news they came to try and sort the boiler out but it is that old it is no longer viable to repair as some of the parts are no longer  available.
