Hunton

A trip to Bedale today to the village of Hunton for a moutain bike treasure hunt. Decide to take my road bike and stick to the roads in view of recent wet weather.

There was some snow on some roads and a very cold wind but beautiful sunshine lifted the mood. The only downside was a very close encounter with a white van on a very narrow road. Not sure how we managed to avoid a collision!

The event centre was the pub so a bowl of homemade soup was ordered post event. It certainly warmed us backup.

This farm house and sky caught my eye as we wandered back to the car.
