What do you do with an old Victorian city centre hospital when you build a new one on the outskirts of the city? Sell it and turn it into luxury flats. It slowed down for a long time after the slump of 2008 but is now a hive of activity which is good for jobs. You can see parts of the old hospital on the front right foreground. Towers are springing up here. The city skyline is changing.
