no name rose

my neighbour asked me to take a photo of a rose that had seemingly come from nowhere. The patch of garden was largely uncared for before he moved in and now it seems this beautiful rose has been there all along. By the stem it looks old but I certainly never saw it although a red rose and yellow rose nearby have always been prolific in amongst the grass.
