Newport weir
I had to pop to Newport this afternoon, and walked Daisy along a tributary of the River Medina, along a tow path, it meets up with the old railway line further up the path. There are lots of little weirs along this stretch of the river. The sun came out for about 5 minutes whilst I was taking these photos, the ducks certainly enjoyed. I experimented a little with different shutter speeds, until Daisy got bored and told me to get a move on. It was a brisk walk back to the car as suddenly a huge dark cloud appeared, luckily no rain came.
