Just Started

This is to a wreath, but it's just the base, didn't have energy to continue this morning, think I'm coming down with a cold. My throat feels like it's full of razor blades and I'm a bit congested, sipping on med-lemon or Lem-sip or whatever it's called.

Supposed to have Physio tomorrow but think I might postpone again, or ask for a telephone consultation, the last two appointments she's not done anything but chat anyway and give me exercises.
