Taste of Crete

I have just opened the can of olive oil that I bought from a mountain farm/restaurant in Crete that we walked to while on holiday last May. The oil is a really deep colour and it's good to recall the warmth of the day I bought it on such a cold evening at home.
It was on this trip that I met co-blipper, Blethers. Have you started your oil yet?
