Derelict Sunday - Little Chef

This derelict structure is the former Little Chef restaurant and service station at Bramham Crossroads (junction of the A1 and A64). It is just on the eastbound A64.

It closed in 2001 after the sale of the chain to new owners, probably because it doesn't have a Travelodge on site and it has been for sale ever since.

In 2010 it was set on fire and it goes without saying these days that it is badly vandalised and covered in graffitti.

Bizarrely the car wash brushes are still there - maybe a futute DS blip!
