Epping forrest

It's not very often I see the sunrise!

Left home at 6am for an 8:30 ride start at High Beech in Epping Forrest.

There were nine of us in total, a mix of young and old with cockney banter non stop at every break point.

"Geez" was the word of the day!

It was hard work considering the lack of climbing. I fell off only once, couldn't feel my toes 20 minutes in and was only left with three gears (due to mud build up) by the end.

I thoroughly enjoyed it.
