Delicious……!!

A busy and successful morning with a promise of a special lunch :0)

I was invited to a late lunch at R & P’s. P does a mean beef Wellington, which I haven’t sampled for ages. The beef just melted in the mouth!! Fun company and lots of laughs over lunch/dinner.

Home now to cook dinner for B who is back from running an assessment day in Bedford. He is having a Barnsley chop (big lamb chop), a cut that is relatively new to me. I will share a bottle of wine now that I don’t have any more driving to do.
