Enterprising Youth

I am currently a 'business advisor' for a group of teens at a local school. This is part of the Young Enterprise Scheme where they set up and run a company, learning from the experience along the way.
Today was the YE Christmas Fayre and all the local groups set up stalls to sell their wares. I popped along to support and encourage my group, and to check out the competition. I was really impressed by some of the groups. Not just for the creativity of their products, but for their salesmanship and enthusiasm. Some of them certainly show some business flare. My guys were a little quiet amongst this confident crowd. But they have done a good job so far so I hope it was a good experience for them.
