Looking westward

I donned my chauffeur's cap this afternoon to drive Artist Anne through to Edinburgh to deliver paintings to the Torrance Gallery. The traffic was awful in the city, so we headed for home as soon as we'd done the business instead of parking and going for coffee, which had been the plan.

It was a beautiful day with nonstop sunshine. I stopped the car in Cambusbarron on the way home to blip the mountains in the distance as the sun started to sink in the sky. 

By sheer coincidence Anne's son, Doug Anderson, was one of the underwater cameramen on the episode of The Hunt which is on BBC1 this evening.
