Hazy Sunday

I (Annie) had a day in Edinburgh, ready for work tomorrow. It was a beautiful sunny day thankfully, so I went wandering out around the city. I love exploring places I've not yet been in cities I otherwise know, and Edinburgh is such a wonderful place.

I climbed Calton Hill for the first time, having seen it in many blips before. The sunlight over the city was just stunning - so it had to be the blip. Having regained my breath from the hill (I'm too unfit), I then wandered down to Holyrood and the Scottish Parliament buildings. Back up the Royal Mile - and to Grassmarket for some dinner.

Love this city.
