This could be a view from base camp of Everest... Instead it's taken from the Cocksburn reservoir looking north to The Trossachs.

Yes, winter has arrived and this kind of weather , frosty, clear,and sunny is among my favourite, maybe my favourite.
After the intense heat -40C- of Sharm recently this is refreshing.
