When colleagues become old friends

I have the privilege of working regularly with Youth Scotland and today was at their AGM at Hampden Park. The thing that makes working with YS is that they feel like a huge family and that definitely came over where Maureen, who is a Youth Worker on Orkney was recognised for the magnificent work she does. You could tell that she isn't looked on as 'another worker' but instead an old friend.
