Shadow cast.

Went for a long slow distance run this morning, calling in at St Werburgh's Church, Warburton.
The strong light cast fabulous shadows around the insides of the church.
This redundant church is a real spititual oasis.
My parents are buried here.
Later, I took part in a very moving ceremony at the memorial in Urmston, to the dedication of a friend who died over Afghanistan. His name is now added to the list.
It was a big turnout.
