Big Sky Country

Our last day here in Arnside and the weather was beautiful. With very little wind the reflections along the estuary were amazing.

We headed off to Silverdale to start our walk up Jack Scout. We had a fantastic view over Morecombe Bay. Just sky and sand banks as far as the eye could see. If you look very closely here, there are a few waders in this shot. We saw curlews, egrets, oyster catchers and many smaller waders I couldn't identify.

We've had a great few days and I'm sure this won't be the only visit to this part of the world.
