Taking the plunge

Jim is preparing to plunge this turkey into the deep fat fryer. In about 20 minutes it will be cooked. The cooked turkey was delicious, not fatty, and perfectly done. 

Teri and Jim had invited me over to enjoy their early thanksgiving with family and friends. They even sent me home with a care package of leftovers!
