Ducks on the pond

Walked around the island and saw/talked to FIVE people and 2 dogs…very social!… And then our neighbor (who has fixed his leak ) came over for a cuppa and a chat.  That’s SIX!  But I’m still going with this wildlife photo from the pond near the south end of the island..lovely grasses and lines and soft fall colors.  Mallards in their habitat.   Quite cropped and not extra sharp but I like this quality of the different lines and played a bit with the radial filter…(new to me).  And still got some studio time.....
